I created The Sweetheart Letters because I wanted to make the kind of mail that feels worth slowing down for—the kind you keep, re-read, and look forward to.
Each month is created by me from beginning to end: I write Suki’s story, draw the artwork, design the little details, and carefully put each letter together before it makes its way to you. It’s a small piece of the Cherry Berry world, made with a lot of heart.

Which issue will I receive?
You'll receive the current numbered issue that's open for enrollment at the time you join—right now, that's No. 001, The First Sweetheart Letter.
When does my letter mail?
Letters mail during the second week of each month, after that month's enrollment window closes.
Is shipping included?
Yes—your monthly price includes packaging and postage, with no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Is the mail tracked?
Standard letters are sent untracked to keep the experience feeling like real mail. If you'd like tracking, reach out to us before your next issue ships.
When will I be billed?
You're billed on the date you join, and then automatically every month on that same date until you pause or cancel.
How do I update my address?
You can update your shipping address any time from your account page, up until your next issue is prepared for mailing.
Can I pause or cancel?
Absolutely—you can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime from your account. There's no minimum commitment.
What happens if my letter doesn't arrive?
Mail happens! If your letter doesn't arrive, let us know and we'll make it right.
